ACR have registered an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK’s leading residential developers, to be based on one of their sites in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager looking to make their next step. 

Under the guidance of the Site Manager, you will assist in the successful delivery of developments, in terms of Health, Safety and Environmental standards, whilst also ensuring that they are on programme, within budget and of exceptional quality. 

The successful candidate will need great communication skills for liaising with customers, clients and other team members, a keen eye for detail when reviewing programmes and plans, strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, impressive problem solving and decision making skills and the ability to remain calm, even in high pressure situations. 

You would ideally have previous experience with another residential developer, with good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and also having up to date SMSTS and First Aid. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • It will be your responsibility to assist in the successful delivery of our developments in terms of health, safety and environmental standards, as well as ensuring they’re on programme and within budget. 
  • You will be responsible for all site activities. 
  • Ensuring all materials are planned and called off in accordance with the programme. 
  • Ensuring that all sub-contractors are co-ordinated and held accountable with weekly meetings. 
  • Ensuring that regular quality inspections are carried out in accordance to the construction programme. 
  • Thoroughly reviewing the programmes, plan and site and subsequently analysing findings to ensure impacts are assessed and adjusted to ensure objectives are met. 
  • Liaising with customers, clients and other team members, when handing over completed units to sales.
