The position is to be based on a traditional build housing site in Naphill, Buckinghamshire, the scheme consists of two, three and four bed homes, a total of 63 units. The site is on a gradient and has a complex foundation design. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will mainly be responsible for delivering the project from start to completion. A key component of the role will be close liaison with the local residents as the project is sensitive locally. The site will entail co-ordination, management and monitoring of the construction programme, design issues, cost implications, and responsibility for Health and Safety on site, whilst achieving the highest quality of construction attainable.
To be considered for this role you ideally have some PLC housebuilding experience.
