ACR are working with one of London’s leading developers of affordable housing to appoint a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor. The company are based in East London and build a range of private sale / rent; social and partnership housing across London and Essex.

The company are currently working on a major high-rise development in Walthamstow. The scheme consists of multiple blocks of apartments being built up to 15 storeys high, totalling 350 units. The remedial works are due to start soon, and most of the packages are still to be procured, so this is an opportunity to lead a project from almost day one.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of commercially managing a variety of major residential developments, including a solid portfolio of high-rise schemes in London. You will eventually be responsible for a team of Surveyors on the project, so will need some record of managing and developing junior staff.
