Site Manager

An award-winning, privately owned housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced No.1 Site Manager to lead a new phase of a prestigious residential development in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality homes. You will take full responsibility for a new phase comprising 290 traditionally built homes, managing the project from the early stages through to successful completion.

The Role

As the No.1 Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the site, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all day-to-day site operations.
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
Maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.
Delivering homes in line with build programmes and quality expectations.
Ensuring NHBC standards are achieved throughout the build.
Monitoring progress, quality and costs while driving productivity.
Building strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
About You

To be considered, you will have:

Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
A strong background delivering traditional build housing developments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A proactive approach with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
A proven track record of delivering sites safely, on time and to a high standard.
