Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major new residential development in Hinckley, Leicestershire, delivering 475 mixed-tenure homes using modern timber frame construction methods.

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll manage site teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, programmes, and resources while maintaining strong client and customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering new build housing or multi-storey residential projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and construction legislation
Ability to manage programmes, budgets, quality, and project performance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
SMSTS certification essential
Desirable Qualifications
NVQ Level 6/7 or equivalent in Construction
First Aid at Work
Scaffold Inspection and LOLER certification
CIOB membership or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Asta
