Assistant Site Manager – Residential Development (Manthorpe, Lincolnshire)
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a large, busy traditional-build housing development in Manthorpe, Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-volume residential project and play a key role in delivering quality homes to programme.
The Role
Supporting the Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced development, so strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple trades are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily management of site operations on a traditional build housing development
Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain programme targets
Monitor quality standards and ensure works meet specification
Maintain high standards of health and safety across site
Carry out site inspections, snagging, and progress checks
Support with inductions, toolbox talks, and site documentation
Liaise with the wider project team to ensure smooth site delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments
Strong knowledge of traditional build housing
Good understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain build quality
Excellent communication and organisational skills

First Aid at Work (preferred)
