ACR is proud to be partnering with a leading, privately-owned residential developer in the search for an experienced Assistant Site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cash-rich business with solid investor backing and a pipeline of over 6,000 plots, aiming to deliver 1,000 units annually.
You’ll be joining a dynamic team on a live site in Market Deeping, overseeing the construction of 114 traditional build houses and apartments. The project is paced at a steady 50 units per year, ensuring consistent workflow and stability, even in fluctuating market conditions. You will report directly to the Site Manager and play a key role in day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management and coordination of the site team and subcontractors
Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to
Support delivery of build programme targets and maintain high-quality standards
Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential construction
Strong knowledge of traditional build methods
SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to site management
