Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proven new build housing Site Manager with a solid background in managing traditional build residential housing projects. You will initially oversee the site near Royston, Hertfordshire, a new development of 10 detached homes.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Manager within medium to large housebuilder.

Demonstrable site history at both current and previous employers, clearly listed on your CV.

Located within a 1-hour drive of the head office in Letchworth.

Stable career history with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles.

Strong experience in new build housing (refurbishment experience is not applicable).

A trade background is highly desirable.

The Offer:

Competitive Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.

Car Allowance: £6000 a year.
