ACR are partnered with a leading Residential Development business who specialize in large scale regeneration projects across London and the South East.

Our client are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to work alongside the Project Manager on a 150 unit rc frame scheme in North London.

Once completed, this project will be part of a wider regeneration scheme, something our client specialise in.

The ideal candidate will be required to have a sound understanding of both fit out and external works.

Responsibilities:

• Deputising for the Project Manager in their absence.

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.

• Monitor progress of the build programme to ensure construction methods and timescales are met and take corrective action to bring progress back in line with programme.

• Agree and manage the equipment, plant, staffing and sub-contract requirements for the site.

• Respond to all queries from trades and action accordingly.

• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of direct reports.

To be considered, you must have the following:

• Hold a Valid CSCS Card

• Valid SMSTS certificate

• Ability to chair and run Sub Contractor meetings,

• Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively.

• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.

• Demostrated experience on like minded projects working with reputable developers/contractors

On offer for this role is a basic salary of between £60,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave and other company benefits.
