ACR are looking for an experienced Aftercare Manager with a background in housing construction to join our client a reputable Housing Association. Sites you will be responsible for are in the Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Greater London area. Responsibilities include investigating customer issues, overseeing remedial proposals, and ensuring compliance with construction standards
Key Duties:
– Address customer defects/queries
– Monitor remedial works progress
– Maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with teams for issue resolution
– Monitor subcontractor performance
– Stay updated on policies & procedures
Requirements:
– Experience in construction/property development
– Proficiency in building defects & aftercare processes
– Strong IT skills
– Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently & in a team
– Familiarity with industry standards & design processes
– Full UK driving license
