ACR are working with one of the UK’s leading Main Contractors that specialise in partnership housing contracts and delivering new build residential projects across London.

A large percentage of the senior management team have been with the business for 10-15+ years which I feel says a lot about the company. They have a full order book moving forward which will ensure steady growth and an opportunity to recruit many construction professionals at all levels.
My client has secured a new build residential project in East London that comprises of 100 units, RC frame construction which will run for the next 2 years. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that can operate as the No1 on site while being supported by a Senior Site Manager and Site Manager and report to the visiting Contracts Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a Main Contractor ideally with Partnership housing experience along with a SMSTS, NVQ Level 6, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
