ACR have been asked by a tier one residential developer to assist with their search for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new build residential scheme in Kent.
The development comprises of 300 units a mix of RC frame apartments and traditional build houses.
You will be supported by a full site team, Senior Site Manager, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
As a business they have a strong pipeline of work which will offer long term job security and a chance to work with some of the industries leading professionals within the construction industry.
