Site Manager

ACR have registered an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with one of the UK’s largest residential developers who build over 10,000 homes each year across the country.

The company are seeking the services of an experienced Senior Site Manager on a Freelance basis to assist with the development of traditional build 1&2 bedroom apartments and 2,3,4 &5 bedroom houses in Bexhill, Sussex. The project is a large, multi-phased development which will be built at pace and to exacting quality.

The ideal candidate will have exposure in a management capacity on Residential schemes of a similar nature/size with a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card. Additionally this person will be required for the duration of the scheme, with the opportunity to become Permanently employed if desirable for both parties in the long term.
