ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity with a Major PLC Residential Developer based out of their head office in Essex, with a huge pipeline of work starting shortly.

The company in question are seeking the services of a Site Managers for a large scale scheme based in Chigwell, Essex, reporting in to a site based Project Manager. The site will comprise of 425 units of private and affordable new homes, a central community square and 25 acres of public open space. These will comprise mainly of traditionally built 2, 3 & 4 bed houses and 1 & 2 bed apartments.

The ideal candidates will have experience on projects of a similar nature and size, working for a Residential Developer. Applicants must also be SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid accredited and will be able to demonstrate a stable career history.
