ACR are working with a privately owned developer, based in Essex to appoint a Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager for a project based in Kent.

The project that the successful candidate will be managing consists of 350 units with outline planning consent for a further 160. The project is anticipated to run for 5 years and will consist of the build of 2,3,4 and 5 bed homes, as well as 60 2 bed flats across several blocks, all of which are traditional build.

The ideal candidate will have experience on schemes of similar size and working for a high volume developer. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and in addition you will ideally be an NHBC award winning Site Manager.
