ACR have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join on of the UK’s top housebuilders who specialise in developing distinctive new build homes across the South East. In recent years, the company have expanded dramatically and have won multiple awards for; design, quality and customer satisfaction alongside their 5 Star Home Builder status.

The company are seeking Site Managers for one of their developments in based in Braintree. The overall scheme will comprise of 60 new homes, all traditional build.

Applicants must have proven experience working in a Site Manager role, ideally with a recognised housebuilder delivering significant schemes. Applicants must be planned & organised with a strong ability to manage people. Candidates must also be SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS accredited to the relevant level and be proficient in their understanding of NHBC regulations.
