ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager on behalf of one of London’s leading developers who build high end luxury dwelling’s situated in prime locations across London.

The company are seeking the services of a Senior Site Manager reporting into a site-based Project Manager for an outstanding residential project located in Hammersmith. The project consists of a 200-unit development comprising of 1, 2- & 3-bedroom apartment, penthouses and villas. The scheme in located in Hammersmith within walking distance of the tube stations.

The successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: Project Management including, but not limited to, planning preconstruction activities, assisting with procurement strategies, implementation, monitoring and reviewing activities across multiple disciplines. Customer first approach to all activities. Verbal and written communication and working closely with Sales. The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 10 – 15 years in the industry with a significant period within the Residential Construction sector.

In addition, the candidate should be technically competent and working knowledge in the following areas:

• Programme planning using software such as ASTA, MS Project or Excel
• Using RIBA stages of design and the use of design & responsibility matrixes.
• Document management systems (NCRs, technical submissions, RFIs).
• CPHSP including Logistic Plans, Environmental Plans & Edge protection strategies
• Design & co-ordination workshops for internal surfaces
• Air tightness & sound testing
• Confined spaces
• Site logistics management including temporary services, vertical and horizontal material distribution
• High rise construction techniques/ standards for internal apartment fitout including dry wall, screeds, LTHW, MVHR, comfort cooling, underfloor heating, home automation, high end bathroom fitout, high end carpentry, fire stopping
• STATs
• NHBC standards
• Chairing & taking minutes of meetings.
