Senior Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a major residential main contractor who build, refurbish and maintain homes across the UK. Their London region focussing on new-build residential construction is looking to appoint a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage one particular project in Slough.

The project consists of 24 high-spec houses built from timber frame construction, being produced as part of a major regeneration scheme in partnership with Slough Borough Council. Construction is due to start in August and will run for 12 months. Following this, there is a further phase of 160 units on the same site.

You will need a proven track record of commercially managing major residential developments of this nature, and the ability to run a scheme from site, from day one. You will be rewarded with a generous salary and benefits package, as well as a secure future workload.
