Senior Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a regional developer of high-spec, bespoke-designed homes to identify a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Thames Valley region based in Buckinghamshire. The company deliver approx 400 units per annum across London and the South East.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in this business, you will be given responsibility for up to three new-build residential projects at once with developments consisiting of between 10 and 40 units of private and mixed-tenure housing.

You will need a proven track record of successfully commercially managing the construction of residential schemes, and ideally have a strong network of subcontract contacts in the region. You will be rewarded with a generous, negotiable salary and a package consisting of a vehicle, pension, healthcare and bonus scheme.
