Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with a major national housebuilder to appoint an ambitious and hard-working Quantity Surveyor to work on large residential developments across the Northern Home Counties. The company are one of the UK’s largest developers of new homes, producing upwards of 10,000 units per annum, and this region produces traditonally built schemes of up to 500 units.

As a Quantity Surveyor working for this business, you will be working in an established commercial team which holds full commercial responsibility for up to eight live projects at once. You will have full autonomy over the procurement and ongoing management of certain elements of the schemes, while you report directly to the Commercial Manager.

You will need a proven track record of delivering substantial construction projects, and ideally have a portfolio of residential projects.
