Project Manager – Hertfordshire

ACR have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager on behalf of one of the UK’s leading developers of new homes; whose expertise lies in creating quality residential developments.

Reporting to a Construction Manager, you will be based on-site, the successful applicant will be tasked with delivering a 78 units with a completion date of December 2020. The project is already underway with the showhouse open. The scheme will consist of three, four and five bed family houses all build to high specification.

Applicants must have proven experience working in a Project Management role, ideally with a recognised housebuilder delivering significant schemes. Applicants must be planned & organised with a strong ability to manage people. Candidates must also be SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS accredited to the relevant level and be proficient in their understanding of NHBC regulations.
