ACR have registered an excellent opportunity for a Assistant Site Manager with one of the UK’s largest residential developers who build over 10,000 homes each year across the country.

The company are seeking the services of an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a Freelance to Perm basis to assist with the development of traditional build 1&2 bedroom apartments and 2,3,4 &5 bedroom houses in Peterborough. The project is a large, multi-phased development which will be built at pace and to exacting quality.

The ideal candidate will have exposure in a management or supervisory capacity on Residential schemes of a similar nature/size with a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. Additionally this person will be required for the duration of the scheme, with the opportunity to become Permanently employed if desirable for both parties in the long term.
