A major housing developer based in London are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager. This company have a number of regions throughout London and the surrounding counties.

This particular scheme consists of ten traditioanl built units.

The company seeks to employ an Assistant Site Manager to focus on the overall build process. You will be working of a small management team, be-fitting a project of this size.

The intention of the company is to bring someone on to grow within the company and work their way up the internal ladder.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering similar works in the residential sector. Knowledge of a variety of internal trades will be beneficial. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
