We are recruiting for one of the country’s foremost and well-known house builders and residential developers who build new build houses across the southern home counties and have their regional offices based in Guildford, Surrey.

We are recruiting for two permanent Customer Care Coordinators to start as soon as possible.

Applications are invited from individuals who have either worked in an identical role within the housebuilding industry or who can demonstrate a track record of working in a similar capacity, with experience of working in a fast paced, busy, customer service role. They deal with a high volume of emails and phone calls from their customers. They need someone who works well in that environment, is a positive person, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

It is 37.5 hours a week – our clients’ office is based in Guildford, 15 minutes from the station. Typically, they work from home two days a week on Wednesday’s and Friday’s.

The hours are 8.30am to 5pm, but finishing on a Friday at 4.30pm. 3 days a week an hours lunch break and 2 days a 45 minute lunch break.

The recruitment process will consist of an initial screen call with ourselves, via Zoom or Teams, then an interview via Zoom or Teams with the Customer Care Manager and then one final meeting with the Head of Customer Care, face-to-face.
